The company's staff consists of professionals from various fields – including the company's CEO (Sarah Navot), a finance expert, an office manager, maintenance personnel, cleaning workers, a lifeguard and a pool operator, as well as external professionals who are hired as needed (i.e accountant, CPA, legal counseling ).
The company maintains close contact with various professionals (plumbers, electricians, contractors, painters, etc.) to carry out diverse jobs in the buildings by which are managed by the company. Needless to say, all projects managed by the company benefit from high-level management services and professional and personal treatment from the company's staff.
The company's employees offer every single tenant a personal and individualized treatment, adapted exactly to his or her needs – both in terms of the variety of services the company offers and in terms of cultural adaptation to different populations. Communication with tenants is carried out in 3 different languages (Hebrew, English, French) in order to ensure a sense of belonging to every single tenant as well as to adapt the service to a diverse population.
The company employs dedicated systems for managing funds, reporting and monitoring faults, budgetary control, and sending receipts. These systems are available both on mobile and desktop platforms. In addition, the company's employees are available most hours of the day (and at night in urgent cases) and are prepared to handle any inquiries quickly and efficiently.

All data is transparent and open to every building resident with the goal of ensuring responsible, reliable and honest management.
